Holmdel Troop 131 is a youth-led troop composed of boys in grades 5-12 along with many active adult volunteers. Our program focuses on outdoor activities and skills. Previous trips have taken us to NYC, Washington DC, Camp Rodney MD, Devil’s Path NY, West Point NY, Bass River NJ, Wharton State Forest NJ, Promised Land PA, and multiple Delaware River canoeing + camping trips, as well as going to Forestburgh NY for scout summer camp and winter camp outs. Our scouts join contingents at Philmont, Summit-Bechtel, and Sea Base to experience high adventure events. Our youth enjoy doing activities such as community clean ups, camping, hiking, biking, and white water rafting.
